One of the things that attracted me to Avenir when I joined last year was the family feel and the enjoyment everyone gets from their roles. It soon became clear that our customers feel the same way – this is the first position I’ve had where my accounts tell me how good our customer service is! My job involves supporting growing businesses, as well as those that are already established and that variety has helped me understand what customers want from Avenir and how I can help. I do that through proactive support, merchandising, staff training and attendance at trade days. We also offer contractor training, either from our training centre in High Wycombe or by taking the “show on the road” and delivering a course from a customer’s premises.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, walking my dog and reading. During the summer, we regularly go camping and have pitched up in most corners of Great Britain. I also like to visit other parts of Europe – when time and budget allows!
