This vent is designed to allow moisture to escape from un-ventilated flat roof voids in typical  cold roof build ups,  with mineral wool insulation on ceilings.

We recommend 1 vent per 25m2. A throughflow of air is required.

Recommended installation.

• Cut 50mm aperture in roof deck to allow moisture to escape.
• Install membrane and cut aperture in rubber.
• Mechanically fix vent with screws
• Seal vent with primer and 9” tape
